Before founding Rycore Capital, Ryan was a regional senior executive of Wells Fargo Wealth Management’s Real Estate Asset Management division and built a team of investment and asset management professionals who completed over $300 million of acquisitions, encompassing 1.4 million square feet in 10 US states on behalf of family offices and high net worth clients. Ryan was recognized as a top regional producer during his tenure.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Ryan held positions at two privately owned real estate development and investment firms and began his career with Banc of America Securities as an investment banker.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Texas Tech University Rawls School of Business. Ryan is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst© designation.

Previously, Jim held Chief Financial Officer positions at Headwaters Concrete Products, The Sprint Companies, and Heritage Bank. Jim also held positions at Hines, Parkway Investments and Park’N Go, directing real estate investments in an array of asset classes. Jim has led investments and capital markets activities for several family offices, directing investments into real estate and banking. Jim began his career in accounting as a staff accountant and controller.

Jim has served on several bank boards and volunteers for United Way.

Prior to joining Rycore, Danielle was the Office Manager for Highland Capital Management LP, a credit hedge fund manager with over $20 billion under management. In this role, Danielle directly supervised the executive administrative team and oversaw the operations for the 115-employee headquarters, including coordinating with HR, IT, accounting, finance and the founders of the firm.

Prior to Highland, Danielle held senior operations positions at two law firms. Danielle received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from DePaul University.

Prior to joining Rycore Capital, Drew served on the Wells Fargo Real Estate Asset Management team, a real estate investment group with $6.3 billion under management and an affiliate of Wells Fargo, NA. His responsibilities included sourcing and executing over $175 million of investment opportunities on behalf of wealth management clients and performing post-closing third party asset management.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Drew served as an asset manager for a privately held Chicago based medical investment and development firm, an acquisitions analyst for IRC Retail Centers, (NYSE: IRC), and a financial analyst for Ventas (NYSE: VTR), a leading healthcare REIT. Drew received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Western Illinois University. Drew is actively involved in Urban Land Institute and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Prior to joining Rycore, Mr. Bergersen served as an analyst with Spectrum Properties Inc. While there, he specialized in underwriting potential multi-family and retail developments. Prior to this role, Mr. Bergersen interned at Spectrum Properties where he completed market and land research for prospective multi-family, office, and retail developments. Mr. Bergersen attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mr. Bergersen later went on to attend the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University to earn his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.

Prior to joining Rycore Commercial, Ms. Attard served as a Property Manager with Younan Properties, Inc and oversaw property operations for over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. Ms. Attard comes to Rycore Commercial with over 8 years of combined experience in both facilities and property management with a focus on multi-tenant office buildings. Ms. Attard attended Lone Star College where she earned an Associates of Applied Sciences with a focus in Facilities Management.  

Prior to joining Rycore, she managed a residential property alone with 126 units and maintained a 98% occupancy rate. With 3 years of residential property management and a state of Texas notary, Ms. Cantu is excited to embark on her new journey in commercial real estate.

Mr. Kopko has 20 years' experience in the Building Engineering Industry. 

Prior to joining Rycore Capital, Mr. Lund served as a Senior Associate with Duff & Phelps Real Estate Advisory team. During his time at Duff & Phelps, Mr. Lund completed net asset valuations, purchase price allocations, and bank financing appraisals for all commercial asset classes in over 25 different markets across the United States. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing market data and developing financial models for income producing assets. Mr. Lund attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Lund was also a member of the Commercial Banking Program.

Prior to joining Rycore Capital, Mr. Nini served as a Relationship Manager with Cadence Bank Commercial Real Estate. During his time at Cadence, Mr. Nini specialized in sourcing, underwriting, and closing on new loan opportunities, specifically within commercial real estate acquisition and development. Prior to his role as a Relationship Manager, Mr. Nini completed the rotating credit analyst training program where he worked on a wide variety of deals across many different industries. Mr. Nini attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate.

Prior to joining Rycore Capital, Melissa was the Executive Accountant to the Founder and CEO of Nexpoint Advisors, LP, a leading alternative Investment Manager. Her responsibilities included maintaining and producing financials. Perform due diligence on new investment opportunities and work with Hedge fund and corporate accounting departments.

Prior to Nexpoint, Melissa was Director of Accounting for SNI Companies. She was responsible for managing all administrative and accounting staff as well as HR, payroll, benefits and compensation.

Prior to SNI, Melissa worked as Sr. Reporting Accountant at Dave and Busters corporate headquarters. Melissa received her Bachelors of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and Management from the University of North Texas.

Ms. Zarei attended the University of Houston - Downtown where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and minor in Human Resource. Ms. Zarei later went on to earn her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Additionally, she is an active member of the Institute for Real Estate Management and pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation.
