(SAN ANTONIO, TX) – Rycore Capital, on behalf of a client, sold a ~20,000 Class A multi-tenant retail property in San Antonio, Texas. The property is a single building multi-tenant retail center located next to the high-end Dominion master-planned country club community.
Rycore Capital completed this transaction through its direct investment advisory business and provided a turnkey suite of services to the venture, including asset management, property management, and advisory support on operating and financial matters. This integrated approach helped streamline operations, enhance asset performance, and achieve the venture’s investment objectives.
