WACO, TX – Rycore Capital, on behalf of a Houston investor, successfully completed the sale of Bagby Crossing, a ~15,000-square-foot Class A multi-tenant retail property in Waco, Texas. The sale was executed through the Firm’s Direct Investment Advisory platform and represents another successful disposition from Rycore’s early investment portfolio.
Rycore Capital provided asset management services throughout the investment, overseeing operating and financial matters while executing a hands-on strategy designed to maximize the property’s long-term value. The single-story retail strip center is home to an array of e-commerce-resistant tenants serving the surrounding Waco community.
