(HOUSTON, TX) – Rycore Capital, in partnership with an affiliate of Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, a real estate investment management firm with approximately $4.8 billion in total capitalization, acquired its second asset for the partnership and was procured off-market by Rycore Capital. Rycore and its affiliates will provide operational, asset, property and construction management services to the partnership. Mike Navarro and Adrienne Collins of Kane, Russell, Coleman, Logan PC represented the buyer as acquisition legal counsel.
The property consists of three metal, multi-tenanted flex/industrial buildings constructed between 2010 and 2012. The eastern most building benefits from its 249 frontage and is set up well for retail, showroom, or flex use.
