(CLEARWATER, FL) – Rycore Capital, in partnership with Investcorp International Realty Inc., a global manager of alternative investments with approximately $50 billion AUM, acquired a ~284,000 square foot Class B multi-tenant light industrial park in Clearwater, Florida. The acquisition is the first for the partnership. Rycore and its affiliates will provide operational, asset, property, and construction management services to the partnership. Mike Navarro of Kane, Russell, Coleman, Logan PC represented the buyer as acquisition legal counsel.
Waterside Business Center consists of eight buildings that were developed between 1984 – 1990 and provide 39 units for lease. The Business Center features a mix of grade level and dock high loading with clear heights that vary from 14’’-22’.The Property is ideally located along a major arterial road and less than 2 miles from the St. Peterburg/Clearwater International Airport.
